New Beginning OutReach Ministries is an out-birth of House of Prayer, which was founded  and Pastored by Elder Herman Young for greater than 50 years, whereas NBORM, is a new ministry currently presiding, Pastor Dr. Scott-Lusk.  NBORM was organized and established on February 17,1998.
We are a 501(c)3, exempt status as of August 2000,Non-Profit Corporation exclusively devoted to religious and charitable purposes.
